Back in 2020, we took a big leap and bought 19 routes out of the 311 terminal in Austell, GA. Like many new FedEx contractors, we were excited—but we were also about to hit a wall. 

Due to COVID-19, those 19 routes became 35 routes overnight! Our biggest challenge? Finding and keeping good drivers. 

We tried everything. Signed up with recruiting services. Paid for ads. Hoped the right candidates would walk through the door. But the results were all over the place. Some candidates never showed up. Others didn’t pass background checks. And worst of all, we were losing some of our best drivers due to the added stress they were experiencing.

That’s when we realized something: if no one else could solve this problem for us, we’d solve it ourselves.
