Ancile services has successfully obtained for our company the required employees I needed for this peak season. It was the first time I used a outside source for recruiting and it surpassed all my expectations. First off, I was assigned a one on one representative. Her name is Andrea Maldonado. She was EXCELLENT in all aspects of her job. She initially introduced herself and how this would work. Then the pipeline of applicants was filled and started to filter through. No work on my part but wait for the approved candidates. Whenever I had a question, Andrea would respond immediately and give me or got me the answers quickly. Andrea made me feel so comfortable with her energetic confidence that they would get me the candidates that I needed on time before peak started. I am sure to use them again for next peak and also during the year if i need to work on replacing or adding to my team.
